New research identifies the impacts of community media on employment pathways

While national radio stations tend to get the ratings, for local matters, one in five Australians tune into community radio instead. 

These newsrooms mould up-and-coming creative professionals and communicators through practical experience and training.

But what influence does experience in a community radio station have, and would a world without these stations jeopardise creative industries?
