‘Stranger Things’ star Millie Bobby Brown heading to Brisbane

The thirteen-year-old Emmy nominated actor Millie Bobby Brown, best known for her role on Netflix show Stranger Things, has announced she will attend the Supernova Comic Con in Brisbane later this year.

The appearance will follow the long-awaited release of the second season of the show Stranger Things on Netflix in October.

The young actress will take part in Q&A and signing sessions on the Saturday  (10.30am to 5.30pm) and Sunday (11am to 5pm), 11th and 12th November.

Brown was due to attend the expo in Sydney earlier this year but was forced to postpone the trip due to filming commitments.

Admin of Queensland’s largest Stranger Things forum, Cadeau Makazanyo is excited and looking forward to the event and the excitement it will bring to fans.

“It’s absolutely amazing that such a massive actor will be heading to Brisbane. Its been great to see throughout the forum the excitement from fans, I’ve seen a couple of people mention they were gonna dress up as the ‘Eleven’ character for supernova which is great to hear,” Ms Makazanyo said.

The star actress will be joined by other actors a group of guests including comic-book writer at Marvel Stan Lee , Christian Kane best known from the TV show Angels, James Marsters and Nicholas Brendan both from TV series Buffy.

The pop culture exhibition will be held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre from November 10-12.
