Brisbane Festival’s looking at you kid

Content creation comes to life through art at the Brisbane Festival this September.

The annual festival’s focus theme this year is ‘Taking Part’, inspired by the two way communication social media allows people.

Eleven performances and shows weave audience participation into the program, promising to push the boundaries between public and performer.

Audiences are encouraged to create as much of the show as performers do, with public participation dictating much of the show’s direction, ensuring no two performances are the same.

The festival runs from September 3 – 24 at various locations through Southbank and Brisbane City.
