Peter McFarlane and the Sidewinders was the first band to play the Surf Parade stage at the Blues on Broadbeach free music festival this year.
The first show was a huge success for the Surf Parade stage.
The crowd rocked up to the stage in force and enjoyed the Sidewinders music.
Peter McFarlane and the Sidewinders are a rocking Blues band from South East Queensland.
The purpose of the band, why they keep playing, is to give people a positive attitude to their life.
Peter McFarlane and the Sidewinders say: “Our mission is to have people walk away from our gig feeling uplifted and happy about their day to day lives.”
Peter McFarlane on drums and vocals is the heart and soul of the band.
