The second day of Blues on Broadbeach free music festival saw Griffith University’s Schoolyard Blues project go off on the Victoria Park stage.
‘Guardian Angels’ elementary school band were a stand-out act that performed spectacular music for ones so young.
They featured a big Brass section so they pumped big sounds as well as being very cute.
It was early morning, the crowd built steadily and in the end there were many people jiving along and listening to the kids’ performance.

Guardian Angels started their performance with “Uptown Funk” by Mark Ronson.
This song is really famous and everyone got involved.
There was a fun atmosphere on the stage that made it fun to watch as well.
There are more performances on today and over the rest of the weekend at many venues around the Blues on Broadbeach site and it is all free.
