Prohibited person Ciaron O’Reilly was arrested around 3pm in Musgrave Park today for re-entering the G20 declared area.
He was taken to the Supreme Court for processing.
Police have not yet released details on when he will face court.
Under the G20 (Safety and Security) Act police are permitted to prohibit certain people from the G20 security zones
Police declared Mr O’Reilly a prohibited person earlier this week.
