The rumours circling that Ferrari racer Fernando Alonso has approached Red Bull for next season have been denied.
The move to Red Bull would be surprising for Alonso since the two-time champion has a contract with Ferrari until the end of 2016.
With the new engine regulations coming into the Formula one next season it is uncertain whether Red Bull will be as competitive as they have been.
The race for the Red Bull seat will be between racers Daniel Ricciardo and Kimi Räikkönen.
The favourite between the two is towards Daniel Ricciardo who can easily be an upcoming talent for the Red Bull team, Motorsport Pundit Daniel Brown said.
“Kimi Räikkönen has a proven record although he does not have many years left in him,” Mr Brown said.
“The Red Bull racing team has been built around Sebastian Vettel and for Räikkönen to go there would be a wild move.”
